You have to think it was after he came to school as I don't see too many staffs going for a one year juco.

You have to figure this was Marshall screwup (or staff), right?

I think you have to figure it as he was worth getting just for one year, WHICH HE WAS! If he doesn't get the waiver, I still say he was worth it. He was instrumental in delivering a conference championship, period, and he set the tone for upcoming players as far as raw, relentless effort is concerned.

ISASO, you have to remember that anything WSU-related on this board quickly becomes a scroo-WSU thread and attracts many comments demonstrating the inadequacy of anything related to WSU basketball.

There are many posters on this board who are not known for their basketball IQ, their understanding of logic, their understanding of how college athletics really work, or their ability to comprehend the written English language.

I would say there are a lot of Jim Rome wanna-be's out here, but they're really Matty P wanna-be's.

And anyone who thinks Hall deserves another year doesn't understand college athletics at all. They are student athletes, Mr. Hall forgot that.

I don't know all the details, but it would seem to me that if he was unable to play due to a medical condition, and was unable to attend school due to lack of an athletic scholarship, that an additional year would be appropriate.

If that's the case he was eligible for the catastrophic injury clause the NCAA has.

Somewhat condescending, arrogant and judgmental.

Change the above.

If WSU can't prove that year 2 was missed for medical reasons then Hall has no grounds for appeal.

That is correct. Shocker fans are all assuming he missed for medical reasons. The appeal should bare that out.
