Hey, remember when the Big East fell apart because some were football-first schools, some were basketball-first, some were non-football schools, and there were about 5 or 6 different strategies for the schools as far as sports went?
Well, I think we're about to see a small issue over differing endgames. Some schools want to go to FBS, some want to be powerful FCS programs, some without football want this to be a basketball first conference, some of the new additions want in for football reasons that conflict with the basketball-first schools....this is a Big East Jr. situation folks, whether or not anyone likes to admit it. What remains to be seen is if this means anything in the end or not.
