I believe:
New Big East goes to 12 and stays at 12 taking STL and Richmond with two 6 team divisions. (3-4 average bids)
A10 keeps Dayton and adds George Mason and Sienna. (2-3 average bids)
MVC adds Belmont and stays at 10. (1-2 average bids)
I believe that the Mountain West (#6) will be the top bid getting non BCS conference followed by the nBE (#7), These two conferences I have listed as #6 and #7 for ease, but they could easily top BCS conferences in bids. Following those two are the Aresco conference (#8 until they eventually lose Uconn and Cin), A10 (#9), WCC (#10), and then the MVC (#11) as the last conference capable of getting multiple bids consistently.
The MVC has enough good teams with the necessary finances that we should be able to continue with bursts of success for each of the remaining schools. The only way we can make it consistently as a #8 conferences is to maintain coaches, the Achilles heal of all mid major conferences, and even then it doesn't guarantee success (see Les, Lowery).
