Won't happen. After Les takes UC Davis to the NCAA tournament and wins a game or two he will be getting a job far better than the Bradley job

Year 4 in a coach is the year you need to see significant improvement. Les is accomplishing that and then some at UCD. Doing an excellent job. The W/L record in a rebuild is irrelevant its all about year 4.
Brian Wardle without question should be the next BU head coach. Hopefully he brings his associate head coach with him.

Agreed. I don't care how a coach does in seasons 1-3. By year three the players actually recruited by a coach are true sophomores (as a coach almost never gets a chance to recruit for year one). Performance in years 1-3 are strictly about the talent left by the previous coach and the in-game management of the coach. Performance in years 4+ are an accurate judge of a coach as the builder of a program.
So many teams get screwed by overvaluing those first few years of performance.
Marshall had a 53% record his first three years at WSU, and that's with a 25 win season in year 3 with some JUCO help. He has a 84%+ record in the five years after that. First few years are meaningless.
