Teams have bad games ... we have had a couple. We should be able to go 16-2 in conference and still get in .. but we can't. The MVC provides WSU with 18 possible bad losses and ZERO possible quality wins ... THATS on the conference.

Zero quality win opportunities, 18 possible bad loss opportunities.
Keep blaming others for your own problems.

I know what you are saying, except we DON'T CARE. You should be looking in the mirror on those two losses. ISUr and UNI both had terrible offensive games and won. UNI got outrebounded and only scored 15 points in the 2nd half....and won.
Is that a sign of a great team, ready to move up in conferences???
Your hero FVV has been complete s&%# in those losses
Your other hero Baker has been complete s&%# in those losses.
It's a prelude to next year without them....and it doesn't look good.
Again, look internally and stop blaming the conference. You should go 21-0 with those two guys...ask questions about them? Ask Marshall why he would let the game clock go under 10 seconds before getting the ball back? Why not extend the game by fouling down 3 with 40 seconds left?
You may still win out and the conference tournament, but you have to be nervous for your future team in 2016-2017 within THIS conference.

Team A Team B

SOS 95 93
Top 100 Wins 4 3
Losses to +100 teams 1 2
Wins over +100 Teams 12 14
RPI 88 53
Everything there is super similar except the 35 point RPI advantage. I think I have to lean team B on that one due to that advantage.
Would be interested in seeing top 50 wins for both teams. Top 100 wins aren't really marquee wins.

Donate more money and maybe influence the move to a better conference or just put up with the fact that the Valley is your collective doormat. Win games you should and schedule a strong non-con and you should be fine in the Valley. Even if WSU is a "bubble" team right now their odds of winning the Valley Tournament is still really good.

You just named the advice that ALL valley teams need to take.
Fyi we did schedule up.. Top 10 non con SOS. We just happened to be missing 3 or 4 rotation players in all the key games. Still the only bad losses WSU has are from the MVC.
